Gear Review
Good Boating Tool
By John Bresee
September 30, 2004
So I took this thing, with the east coast data chip, to Maine where I went boating for a couple of days. We bought a nautical chart from the marina and found the Atlas' data was much more accurate. All buoy information was in there, island names, etc. etc. Very easy to navigate with. Of course it didn't have depth info, but that's reasonable. Over all it's an excellent unit with great detail.
