"Deceptive Boot" - Review of The North Face Hedgehog Mid GTX XCR Hiking Shoe - Women's

I broke these boots in on quite a few short hikes (under 10 mi) and they seemed worthy. As soon as I took them on a distance hike they became extremely uncomfortable and painful after 10 miles...they may be worthy of shorter wear but if you want a versatile hiking boot to meet your every need, like most people, DON'T buy these boots!
