Ranked #530 - Sleeping Bags
June 12, 2008
The sizing of this bag fits my 5'8" 145# body well. There is plenty of room to move around without feeling confined. The temperature rating isn't exactly accurate. When using this bag on the fourth night of a two week outing, the temps dropped to 50. I was using a silk liner and had to cinch the bag completely to get warm. I eventually had to add a thermal shirt when the temperature dropped to 48. I looked at the bag in the morning and held it up to the sunlight. I could see gaps in the down where there was no insulation at all. My bag may have been slighted on some of it's down.
