I agree with all that said they have good arch support. My shins start to hurt after wearing other flip flops that don't offer any support. These are so comfortable, I wear them whenever possible. I usually wear a 7.5 and I went down to a 7 and they are perfect! I didn't have any blisters after first wearing them, the straps were a little tight at first, but have loosened up and I would recommend them to anyone! I'm considering getting more colors!

Just an update on having had these now for a while, still love them and just ordered another pair in black. From the picture I was hesitant to order them because I thought they looked more grey, but I am pleasantly surprised they are a very dark black!
