"Great shoe -- trail or road" - Review of Pearl Izumi Syncro Seek 2 Trail Running Shoes - Women's

I bought these shoes because of the description that they were good for trails and road running-- I've tried them out on both and been quite pleased with the results. I'm not an avid runner... however, I am trying to train for a relay race.. and the shoes have performed well on all training runs.. these shoes give me the support (w/o being heavy) that I need.
