Yes, they are really that good that people will rave about them. These have fast become my favorite gift to give to people, because it seems like a dorky gift until they start wearing them.

They're really excellent for trail running, and good for hiking in low shoes. They don't really rise high enough for serious hiking or backpacking boots.

If you spend all or a large part of your day on your feet, you need a pair.
