I bought these to wear in the water. I had to return them because they run big and when I wet them they were falling off (it seems they got even bigger). Please note that they were very nice in appearance and the material felt great. They would be perfect to wear casually, if that is your purpose, but if you want to get them wet I would not recommend them. They get really baggy and do not dry quickly.
