Ranked #845 - Men's Ski Pants

I am a woman and I bought the men's small size because I couldn't find any women's north face pants that were just as good with the back covering/dungaree style and with Gore Tex too. Up to now I had been wearing the NF women's insulated freedom pants so I was surprised to be honest when I found I was still warm just by wearing the Freethinker Pant and my usual Helly Hansen base layer, that I'd been wearing with the insulated Freedom pants. They really do keep the wind out and are completely waterproof and I like the fact that the back covering comes right up your back and keeps the snow and the wind out. That is probably why they feel warm and cozy. I am wearing them in Europe mind you so if I was in the US/Canada I would need to put more layers on. I don't use the pockets in the pants but they are adequate. The only thing I would say is that I don't like the back seat drop, they can get rid of that next time for all I care, and the gaiters on the legs are a bit too small too easily stretch them over your ski boots. Apart from that then it's a really good set up. The men's small fitted me fine I'm normally a womens medium in TNF gear. I have just bought the Freethinker jacket to match which is also great in a Men's small in a nice green colour although the sleeves are a smidgen too long for me.
