Patagonia has a winner here in the Stretch Element - both Pant and Jacket! This is one crazy fabric - totally waterproof a 3-layer hard/soft shell that's highly breathable and stretchy with an amazingly soft hand. Full on storm protection that moves and breathes with you. Sick!
