size chart is off

The sweater is nice, not too heavy or light, but the size chart is WAY off. I bought a medium, which according to the size chart would be either about right or too small. It is almost okay, but the Small probably will fit better. I haven't had a 25-26" waist since the mid '90's. So if you order this and you think the Large measurements are the correct ones, go ahead and order the Medium or Small.
