I have used my Thermarest Trail Sleeping pad all over the world. I took this thing on an 11-month journey to 19 countries. It withstood every beating I could give it including inch-long thorns and cut-your feet grass in South Africa. Even after 11-months of practically always sleeping on this thing, my back was fine. No complaints from me. I wouldn't recommend another brand.
