Very nice - but arms too short

I liked the feel of this jacket - it is very comfortable and warm and did not have the almost-neoprene feel of some soft-shells out there (iuncuding the 2008 TNF Apex). Unfortunately, the arms were too short, which is the first time ever from my many The North Face coat purchases.
