First of all the service was wonderful. I have a friend who had a pair of these North Face Plasma XCR Boa Shoe and he told me the benefits of the shoe. They are unique, no laces (there is a dial in the back to tighten and loosen the strings through the shoe), waterproof, lots of support and very light.
