Yeah the sizing runs a little small, but get the right size and you'll love it. The collar is a little stiff as someone else mentioned, but it doesn't bother me. It breathes really well and looks great. This is probably my favorite new article of clothing, and given enough time, I might buy a second in a different color for variety.
