Ranked #2200 - Sleeping Bags
April 8, 2008
It's a well constructed bag with good quality materials and workmanship. For a synthetic bag, it packs well enough to backpack with. I haven't given it a good test in cold weather yet, but it looks like it will keep you warm to below freezing. I like the 1/4 length offside zipper - good idea to help cope with warm weather use. I'm 5'11" - average height and average build (165 lb) and the regular bag just fits - go for a bigger bag if you're any taller or wider. My only criticism is I'd rather it had a full length zipper that went all the way around the feet, instead of the 3/4 length with box foot.
All up, I think you'd be hard to find a better synthetic bag at a lower price.
