Nice helmet, but too much movement

Got a medium Giro Omen, sent it back because there was too much lateral movement. Small didn't fit at all.
Thought the Fuse might be a tighter fit but it wasn't, still too much movement.
Giro's fit well if your head is nice and round... mine's probably a bit narrow and long, needs more padding on the sides.
