This "fanny" pack is perfect for those runs needing just a little support. The water bottle strap can be tightened with a simple pull of your right hand. The bottle slips easily into the pack and can be done with one hand because of the stiff extended opening. The pack easily holds a bar, gel, keys, cell phone, ID, and money on my long runs. I love it!
