We took this tent for our first hike to Mt Hodake, 1586m. On the summit ran into some serious wind and rain, we put up the tent for some much needed protection for our meal break. The tent was a snap to put up, with two of us we had it secured in about 10 minutes.
Stayed dry and comfortable for our lunch.
The foot print was a great free gift, (thank you Backcountry) lots of small sharp rocks, no damage to either item.
Dries out quickly and stores easily.
The stakes are good for soft ground, brought some home made rebar types for the mountain, a little heavy, but never fail. Overall good size, With three of us with gear, and still had room to cook. Could use a gear loft.
