Gear Review
Total control

I started telemarking with leather boots. Then changed to a very old Garmont plastic boot that was too soft and pinched my toes. Now I have the T1 and its by far the best. Comfortable, warm, the lightest of the plastic tele boots.
The boots have lots of support and are fairly stiff so it translates to great edge control. The asymetric flex of the toes simply makes the most sense and no more toe pinching!
These excel in on piste conditions but would not give you any problems in the backcountry as well.
If you can only afford one new piece of good tele gear go for these boots. They will make more of a difference than new skiis or bindings.
