Super do-it-all backcountry ski
By Wasangelian
Ranked #293 - Telemark Skis and Alpine Touring Skis
February 8, 2008
Mounted mine with Dynafits and love 'em! Super fast and they turn easier than anything I've tried. But, they are still stiff enough for me (180lbs and I ski with the 4 buckle Dynafit Zzero). Fat enough for Wasatch pow but feel very light on the feet, easy to pop out of the snow. Amazingly, they do very well on fast groomers too. Most "backcountry" skis are too soft to charge the fall-line, but these just wanna rip!BD came up with a magical combination of ingredients.
