great concept but fragile

This pack has great potential for ultralight adventures. Bought mine for rafting but am using it as a backcountry ski pack too. Still happy with it even though I have a hole and blew a seam almost instantly.

OR products have a lifetime warranty and I've read blogs about how OR has repaired down jackets free of charge that some ones dog chewed a hole through. I'm sure they'd fix it for free
