Versatile for different climates

My husband and I purchased the midweight capilene for a recent trip to Peru. The shirts were comfortable in moderate to cool weather and they dried quickly. They were a great layering piece for day or night. The only complaint...they don't wash very well. The color faded and they look very worn after only one wash in cool water and line drying.
