We ordered in brown which quickly arrived but bordering on one size too small. She was right on the phone, making a return and re-ordering a size up, and most importantly, in red this time. Both orders arrived blazingly fast, bringing squeals of joy. I even heard her singing to her new red shoes. She later said that her friend with the brown ones was green with envy. I got lucky. Five stars? Ten stars.

These are the best shoes ever! I have them in brown and ordered a black pair but ordered size too small. Returned and ordered bigger size. They are more comfortable than running shoes. Returns to Back Country are awesome! Returned and refunded to credit card in same week!
