Can't wait to go skiing with this jacket

I live in the Texas Panhandle where, surprisingly, it can be 80 degrees one day in December and then 27 the next. This light weight jacket is so versatile and perfect for any condition. This is my first Gore-Tex shell and it has lived up to my expectations. I love the fact that I know I'm protected in any weather. I've used it in the rain and can't wait for my first ski trip this year.Very light Downsides: no pit zips (but it does have front vent pockets that I'm sure will work fine); light on pockets; loud.
