"LACKS WINDPROOFING" - Review of Columbia Steens Mountain Full Zip Jacket - Men's

I was trying to buy one of these simular to the one made by Polartec but not as expensive, this isn't it. This is good for temps above 30F, anything lower or if the wind is blowing, I have to wear a shell over it. If somebody knows of a water/wind proof fleece, please info, thanks.
