Sizing Chart off

The small size does not fit a 32" waist. 31" max would be more accurate. The leg size is also a bit over stated. If your legs are at the high side of the sizing chart for the small size, the distance between the tie in points (legs and waist) will be too far apart for a comfortable tie in.
The medium size would probably fit down to a 31" waist.
Nice beefy belay loop.
