Hammer gel is the best but the packet need to be revamped. We use it in race situations where you need to be able to take the gel and use it on the run. The mouth of the packet needs to be wider so that you can get the gel into the mouth with once squeeze of the hand. Otherwise a great product that we're having great results with in long distance biking and running events.
