I have both size of Arro, they are both great for town use. Arro 22 is tad big for everyday use, it doesn't have any compression straps, which makes it hard to compress if you are not filling it up. Padded bottom is great, but make sure you use a computer sleeve of you intend to carry a PC. It can use some organizer in it. It's a good urban pack, but I won't use it for hiking since it has no place to hook up ropes or anything.
