"The right size make s a difference" - Review of The North Face Fortress Peak GTX Hiking Boot - Men's

I previously wrote a review when I first received these boots that was critical of the fit around the ankles. After some wearing around the house, I decided to take advantage of Backcountry's incredible return policy and get a half size smaller boot. What a difference a half size makes! These boots are great! Good on the feet, and no annoying rubbing on the ankles with the right size.
