After researching outdoor packs without being able to physically "size them up" in a storefront, I ordered from this site. The order arrived not only in good condition, but earlier than expected. A nice surprise! Unfortunately, upon physically handling the pack for the first time I realized it was larger than I estimated and I decided to return it. This site's policy of "customer satisfaction 100% guaranteed" made the decision to return it easy, but, in all honesty, I anticipated incurring the hassles that customers typically experience. I am very pleased to report that both the purchase and the return were extremely smooth, hassle-free transactions.
