Black Diamond Ice Glove

Item #BLD0539 | 0 in Stock
3 Star Rating

Decent gloves but not very warm

By Ranked #449 - Ski Gloves February 10, 2004

I found these gloves to be very good for ice climbing due to the additional padding but they were lacking when the weather was cold. I originally bought these for a trip to the Himalayas where dexterity was very important for handling ropes, equipment, etc. When the weather was below 10F the gloves were not good at keeping my hands warm. And my hands usually are quite warm. I would recommend them for warm weather ice climbing (a contradiction?) but would not recommend them for cold weather usage.
