Native doesn't stand behind their product

I have a pair of Native glasses (the Dash XP) that I thought were going to be great, but when the comfy nose-piece that holds them on your face fell off Native left me hangin'. I tried repeatedly to get customer support from Native, but they failed miserably.
Learn from my mistake -- buy Smith,... I strayed from them for a short time, but trust me when I say that they stand behind their products (not a paid advertisement--I promise).

Write your comment here...James, did you try sending them with the upc or reciept? I have 5 times on the 3 styles I own and have recieved replacements quickly.(2 times before my $30.00 check had cleared) Today my friend's dog chewed up the Dash XP's I won in a beach volleyball tourn. last Saturday. They'll be replaced by next week. thanks,
