These are exactly the shoe you would expect from the powerhouse that is Patagonia. They are very comfortable and seemingly durable. I’m going to step out on a limb and say they feel like the marriage of a trail runner and a climbing shoe.

I sure wouldn't try trail running in these. A) they don't flex in the toe at all. B) they have very little shock absorption/cushion.
