Doesn't wash well

When I got this I thought it looked fine - but after it was washed for the first time it completely lost its shape. It was a 30deg gentle wash too - and outdoor clothing should easily be able to withstand that. I'm very disappointed and considering returning it to this site as it's not wearable anymore.
