Some pointers... but worth the buy

They look great but they are low waisted so the waist band is a smaller size cut than most. No problems if your totally flat with no over hang (girls you know what I mean)
I brought a M which is usually big on me but be warned if your wide in the waist you may prefer the bigger size. Other than that it's a standard size M and they look great with strong fabric to hold things in place
I use them for jogging and gym. I like my clothes to be firm but totally free to move.
