This is a sweet pack. It has all the room you need for a day hike for sure, I use it for weekends. It is well built and very sturdy. There are all kinds of places to biner stuff like sleeping pad, sleeping bag, and water bottles. I recommend this pack highly. The only thing I don't like is the waste strap. My room mate has an older version of the pack and the waste belt has padding and is thicker and nicer.
