"great compass" - Review of Brunton Eclipse Baseplate Compass

i have had this compass for probably 3 or 4 years now (since my boy scout days) - and it served me well then doing intense orienteering and now, in backpacking. it is a comfortable, easy to use compass, and is pretty sturdy. recommended.
