I've worn Salomon, Brooks, Montrail, and North Face, and these new offerings from GoLite blow them out of the water--with the possible exception of the Masai. Great cushion and responsiveness, and the stability offered by the independent lugs is unparalleled. I would recommend these to any serious trail runner looking for a good speed shoe.
