"Less Water!" - Review of Mary Janes Farm Organic Nick's Couch Potatoes

If you expect mashed potatoes, you will be disappointed - it is more like potato soup. Use less than the recommended amount of water and add half cup at a time and you may get better consistency. It did not taste horrible, but there are much better potato options for backpackers.
