I got these in a 43, and I wear 11-10.5 in street shoes. This gives me a high performance ultra-tight fit without any significant discomfort. If I wanted to do trad, I would have gotten a 43.5. The half-length midsole works excellently for edging, and the heel is pretty decent for hooks. The cambered shape is very comfortable for my foot as I like plenty of arch support, although unless I really crank on the laces, there's a dead spot under my heel. The toe box asym shape is supremely comfortable and pretty good for pockets and cracks, although with my toes as scrunched as they are, I can't quite fit in the tiniest of cracks because of the toebox shape. Overall these shoes are definitely above average, and I would recommend them to climbers of any level, as long you get the proper size. Side note: these seem to be the Wasabi in a lace-up style, so everything you've heard about those can probably apply to this shoe as well.
