One of the best boats I've paddled.

If you want a stable, yet playful touring boat this is the best out there. The 16 is a bit more maneuverable then the 17 version. If you looking for a good boat for rock gardens and day trips this is worth every penny.
In my view drop skegs are far better for paddling then a rudder and the skeg on this boat is the best design I have seen.
