"Good cool weather jacket" - Review of The North Face Ushi Jacket - Women's

This jacket is perfect for early spring or late fall weather. I love the way it looks, too. However, I originally ordered a small and it was VERY short - I returned it for a medium which fits in length now, but the sleeves are a little long. (It's weird because I'm only 4'10" and if the jacket was too short for me I can't imagine who it's meant to fit at that length).
