Gear Review
So light you could fly!

Ranked #788 - Women's Trail Run Shoes
April 27, 2007
These are my first pair of trail running shoes, and while I have no intentions of running on trails in these shoes(unless I am being chased by a mountain lion, and then there maybe some running involved), they have made hiking more enjoyable. I own another pair of Montrail hiking boots, and have literally taken them around the world with me, but at times, they felt like they weighed more than my backpack! These are amazingly light, just like you are wearing regular running shoes, only with more gecko-like gripping power! Plus, I live out in Arizona, and my other hiking boots could keep a snowman's foot warm in a blizzard. These trail runners provide quite a bit more breathe-ability. All in all, I have not owned them long, but I would recommend them highly to anyone (plus, they come in blue...my favorite color)!!
Cheers!
