This is a great hydration pack. I use it for runs up to 4 hours long. It has enough capacity to hold keys, cell, food, gel, etc...The side pockets are great for accessing gel while you are running. The bite valve has a magnet that snaps back onto the sternum strap -that was a great design idea. Adjusts well on the fly. It does "slosh" around a bit when you run but it's not bad. I would recommend it.
