Your website rocks! Yakima..not so much.

You guys went out of their way to fix a problem with delivery. You rock! But now that I've had it...wishing I went with a different option on a rack. Not sure if the problem is the rack or the hitch but either the hitch is too short...or the rack is too long. Had to use a metal grinder to make it fit. not that it fits (length wise)...it still wiggles side to side a bit more than I think is safe. Guess i'll have to use straps to secure it....
