These are great for wearing under mittens and larger fitting gloves in extreme cold. Burton's AK line is great for extreme cold, and these liners live up to the AK name. They are not really good for under decent fitting gloves, as they are too thick and will restrict circulation some, resulting in colder fingers. i also noticed that thinner liners wick my sweat better under any glove or mitt. overall, a decent extreme cold mitten-only liner or a decent light glove by themselves.
