Great bag for a few books, lunch and my Pilates clothes. Too small for my laptop. Easy access to purse items. Love the back sleeve for newspapers. Fits nicely under seat on the plane. Suggestion: larger loop handles for carrying on shoulder and extra length for 13.5" laptop.
