The pack is comfortable and it does a decent job of insulating the bladder, and it comes with a great harness. Space is really limited obviously, so don't plan on storing anything beyond an energy bar, keys or a cellphone. You should upgrade if you're planning on carrying other stuff with you. But it does very well what it's supposed to do.
