I use this bag for everything whether its biking, hiking, camping, mountain climbing or simply walking around town. If you plan on venturing out for a couple days or more, this is a great pack to have. There is enough room inside to fit pretty much anything you want to hall. Plenty of comfort in the straps, if fitted correctly to you, this bag will not bounce around or sway no matter what you do in it. This bag hasn't let me down yet, and wont ever. I love this pack so much, i went and bought my girlfriend the female version of the Redwing. She took hers to Australia and told me it was the best pack she has ever used. I Highly recommend this pack, A+
