A great underlayer. Breathable and comfortable, didn't feel bulky under my jacket. Wore one polypropylene shirt under the Apex with a jacket and was quite warm. Although it was pretty warm at the base (at Mammoth), it was windy and cold at the top. This was a great addition to keep me warm and comfortable, also was nice for apres ski! I would highly recommend.
